Rooster help

I have a bunch of unexpected roosters so far 7 or 8 roosters out of 78 babies ..they are only 2 1/2 months old and running around terrorizing the girls jumping on their backs and ripping out feathers!!! They are only babies what the heck is this?

Some get their groove on faster than others lol... I hatched out 20 chicks last year, 7 were roosters, by 3 months they would hang out at the entrance to the coop and try and grab the hens as they left after laying eggs... We didn't allow it for very long, they went to freezer camp and the flock settled down.. Don't know why so early with them, I have four month olds out there and two of them are roosters and they don't harass any of the hens..
