Rooster, hen, or too soon to tell?

Asking for a friend, does anyone know if this little one is a hen or rooster, to me looking at tail feathers I want to say rooster but looking at comb I want to say hen...please help.

It is much too young. Wait until it is fully feathered out and post again if it's not obvious by then.
