Please help! My silkie rooster survived yesterdays predator attack but he is in very severe shock! He is sleeping but I am worried about him! I will mabye give him sugar water trough a syringe. His head was drooping and he was a bit lethargy but he did mate a hen a few hours ago. Please help me!

What happened to him? Are there any external injuries that you can see? Is he accustomed to being handled? I have found that for some chickens isolation is helpful, and for others it can add to the stress.

He has no severe wounds just a couple of scratches.
He is one of those flighty roosters so no.
He seems more relaxed to me
If he isn't perking up, maybe you can set up a corner in the coop where he can't be bothered, but still feels at home?
What attacked him? Be sure to look him over THOROUGHLY for injury and treat accordingly. Be aware that shock can kill birds too, even if the predator didn't injure him.
If you find no injuries, put him in a quiet place with no interruptions with food and water so that he can recover. Give electrolytes like Gatorade (we use Sav-A-Chick brand Electrolyte packets that can be found at feed stores because they're easy).
Make sure he's comfortable and is not subject to loud noises like doors slamming, kids yelling, pots banging on countertops, etc. Observe him over the next few days and visit him occasionally, talking softly to him, reassuring him that he's okay and that things will be alright.
It just takes time...

The coop is unusable at the moment. Should I at least give him the sugar water?

I looked so many times... No severe injury
I dont have electrolytes in hand right now

I also have another rooster and his whole back is featherless and he has some wounds and he seems okay
You can make your own electrolyte water at home using a recipe like this, but Gatorade is easier:

Check him carefully for injury too - with Silkies, you really have to look because of all the soft feathers, but be diligent in your exam. If you suspect shock in this one too, treat the same as the first.
