Rooster is limping and it's not bumble foot please help!!

It's the foot that has black scales idk what's wrong with him it's a lot bigger now and he's not able to walk with it I thought bumble foot but there's no plug!! What could it be?? When I get home I'll get more recent pictures but it's getting bad someone please help me figure this out!
