my rooster has white spots in his mouth along with gasping/wheezing and sneezing. His comb definitely is shrunken and his behavior has changed since during outside time he isn't eager to get at the coop like he used to but isn't lethargic either. He also lost his voice and crow. What can I do for my boy?

Here's a photo of his mouth.

Oh no I am so sorry, I think this is what is your problem
It might be canker in chickens
Here is a article about it

Do you have a lot of pigeons near your chickens?
No. He is a rescue so I have no idea what his conditions are like due to my friend dropping him off. I have no pigeons even on my property. Only birds I really get are crows. I've been treating him with everything I can think of. I started worming him.

I do think it might be canker, you may want to get him checked out.
