I need help to identifying the cause of my rooster bad painful foot. I though of bumble foot but not finding scab. Could it be mites? Only one bird out of 7 has this issue and it is only its right leg. The rooster is 4 years old.

Here are photos of its foot

thank you yes. i hope my photos are not too confusing as 2 pictures are from his good leg. How do I contact @Wyap Rock? Thanks

Is the other foot swollen too? It looks a bit like mycoplasma synovitis or possibly gout, but those usually affect both feet. He looks to have scaly leg mites as well. Maybe @Wyorp Rock will have some ideas. You might try soaking his feet in warm soapy water for about 15 minutes daily.

What's the diet like? What do you feed including treats?
Photos of the whole bird and how he stands?

I agree, I'd trying soaking the feet to see if that helps reduce the swelling and treat for SLM.
