Great! Mix it into the water, make sure it actually tastes sweet. This will help boost his energy and immune system and appetite. The yolk will give him much needed nutrition

It would be nice to have some photos of the rooster, his poop and the inside of his beak.
How old is he?

Check to make sure his crop is emptying overnight. To do this, feel of his crop when he goes to roost, you should be able to feel a bump or bulge on the right side of his breast, this is the crop (food pouch). Next morning, go out and feel the same place again before he's had anything to eat/drink, the crop should be empty/flat.
If he roosts high, then caging him for the night be easier to gauge crop function and get a good look (and photos ) of his overnight droppings.

Do look inside his beak for lesions, canker or yellow pasty material.

How long have you had him?

If the windows stay open in your coop, then like ventilation is fine. The building is not airtight.

No idea how old he is, he randomly showed up one day and took over the coop (I think someone dumped him by the side of the road or he wandered over here). I think he was pretty young though, his comb wasn't as big as it is now. We've had him since around 2018 I believe, so roughly four years.

A new update: he's now breathing quickly and heavily today which is unusual. I'm going to try and cage him and check his crop, manure and beak and try to do that tonight and tomorrow morning.

He has also been making a crying noise in his raspy voice instead of his normal clucking or crowing.

I will as soon as I can. I'm honestly starting to suspect he might have pneumonia of some kind.

The quality is terrible so if you want me to try and get a better video I will.
You can see him having some breathing troubles, and I noticed he sounds very mucusey now. He wasn't making any noise other than a cough/sneeze.

No new birds. He's been with this same flock for three years, and none of them are experiencing his symptoms and seem quite healthy.

I just checked on him (at 11 PM). He's no longer roosting up high but on the lowest bar of the nest boxes. I checked his crop and it seems hard. I noticed he was swallowing a lot like something like bile or liquid was trying to come up. His manure looks like diarrhea, super watery and green. I tried opening his beak and couldn't look into his throat, but I could look in his mouth. It looked normal I guess except for some yellowish liquid but I don't know if that was the lighting or what. I forgot to look for the bugs and in his ears so I'll do that tomorrow.
So to put it simply, right now the symptoms are:
Lethargy
Watery manure
Coughing/sneezing/sounding like he has mucus buildup
Gasping/trouble breathing
Swallowing as if bile/liquid is rising
Pale comb and face
He was still interested in drinking today and there isn't anything around his nose or beak. I don't know if he's eaten today but he still has had an appetite the past few days.
I don't know about Tylan50, will have to look it up.

OK, so re-check his crop again first thing in the morning to see if it's emptied (flat).
