Rooster lost neck feathers

I have 10 hens and one rooster. My rooster has been scratching all of his neck feathers off so he looks horrible. I have looked at him and did not see any parasites on him also none of my hens have lost any of their neck feathers.

Has anyone had this problem or seen it, if so what can I do to help him get his feathers back?

I dunno, my rooster also has a patch on each side of his neck where all his feathers are missing. I do not see any parasites either. Been like that for some time so I assume that the girls are getting even with him for something...lol.
