Rooster mates with all hens but one

I have a silkie rooster who mates with all my hens, even my black astrolorp who's huge compared to him. He won't mate my EE though and that's the one I want him to mate! I've cracked a bunch of her eggs and none are fertilized grrr I tried letting them out together and singing "can you feel the love tonight" but it didn't work. Any other tips?

Pen the two of them together. It's possible that she is fighting him off.
