Rooster mating with pullets

I have a rooster that is about a year old. My pullets are 12 weeks old. Is it ok for him to try to mate with them?

I would say no. If you really wanted to though I suppose if you kept an eye on them and made sure there are enough ladies so he doesn't over breed. Size Difference is a big deal, make sure hes not to heavy or larger than them or he could hurt them trying to jump on them and mate.
