Rooster meeting new hens

Have 4 RIR roos and 8 hens that were raised together they are 4 months old. want to put 1 roo in with 10 ISAs (5 months old)
They can already see each other thru a fence and they fight, which surprised me. ISAs are extremely flighty, could roo harm them?

Just be ready to intervene if needed...if blood is drawn. There will be challenging, but just watch that it doesn't get out of hand.
