Rooster mounting pullets. Sign they will lay soon?

One of my EE has been laying for 2 weeks. All my chickens are 18 weeks. I have seen Claude (my JG rooster) mount her many times. All the other girls run from him as soon as hw tries until about a week ago. Now when he grabs one they all squat for him. Does that mean they should all start laying soon? Even my Jersey Giant pullets are squating for him. I thought they dont start laying until much later. All of them have res faces. They have for over a month now. Im just so anxious. Lol!
