Rooster not acting normal for about a week. Lethargic, fluffed, away from flock, stands still, or just lays down. Bubblefoot??? Please help!

De in his food will not treat lice, mites or worms.

I'd work on getting him hydrated. Hold a cup of the vitamin/electrolyte water up to his beak and see if he will drink on his own.
If he's not drinking, then you can try syringing or tubing fluids into him.

What's his crop feel like?

The bone you see is his keel bone. It is a bit sharp, likely because he's underweight.
Make sure he's able to see.

I'm not sure what's going on with him, but his stance says he's not well. He needs hydration and then to eat a nutritionally balanced feed.
We don't have any syringes or tubes or anything. I don't think his crop really felt full so I'm guessing it's just from not eating. Usually once my chickens est they go straight for water but I haven't really seen him do that. I'm feeding him solely purina all flock. I can try to cut his head feathers or tie them back tomorrow if he'll let me.

Update: He was spilling his food and water so I changed out the pads and the bowls. Gave him fresh food and water with extra vit/elect powder. He started drinking immediately. He drank lots of water and ate a little bit of food(not much). When I picked him up out of the crate, his toes were curled but he straightened them when I set him down. He walked a little bit, still awkwardly with a bit of a waddle. I was going to use a tiny hairtie on his head feathers but I really didn't wanna stress him out too much. When he was done eating and drinking and just laid down, I put him back in the crate with the water and food bowls within his reach so he wouldn't have to move to get to them. I was able to get pictures of his poop. While he was drinking, he 'pooped' but it was just the liquid white part. I think he may have pooped right outside the front of the door to the crate though. His head feathers have also begun to grow back.

I went back out to check on Megamind and I brought him out and stood him up. He ate some more food and drank some more water. He pooped and it was wet and brown with a strong odor. I can take a picture later.

He still isn't doing better. He only eats or drinks or poops when I bring him out of the crate. Still lethargic, breathing problems, laying down all day, underweight. How do I check for lice or mites? What do these symptoms imply? Is he sick or is it just from bumblefoot? Should I try putting him in a warm Epsom salt bath? Please respond🙏. I need to know what I should look for and check.

So I inspected his vent and wondering if he has vent gleet? What else could it mean? PLEASE ANSWER. If it is how should I treat it?

His bumblefoot isn’t going to be causing all these problems.

To check for mites, carefully look at his feathers ( close to the skin and around the shaft is where mites tend to be.) look for little specks and feather damage.

That does look like vent gleet, (though I’m not 100% sure) which would explain most of his symptoms.

Take a look at these articles.

Raise his food and water higher on a piece of wood or block if you can, this way he doesn't have to bend over to reach them.
He's willingly eating/drinking when you bring him out of the crate which is good, so if possible, let him out of the crate several times a day. Some birds just seem to shut down when crated.

The white discharge is concerning. It may well be Vent Gleet. Does it have a distinct yeasty odor?
Is his crop emptying overnight? Take out his food/water tonight when it's time for him to go to sleep. Check his crop first thing in the morning before he's given anything to eat/drink. The crop should be flat/empty. If it's not then let us know.

A lot of white in the poop can be from dehydration, so make sure he's drinking well.

The links that @Hanathehappyhen gave you about Vent Gleet are good treatment guides.
Give him a wash up and see if the discharge returns, if it does, then you'll want to begin treating him.

Thank you, this does seem to be what could be causing his decline. Most of the symptoms fit. I can probably find something to raise his bowlsx but he only lays down when he is in the crate and after he is done eating and drinking outside of the crates he lays back down and then I put him back. I will make sure to let him out more in today. He got out to eat/drink about 4 times yesterday. I didn't notice a smell but I was trying to keep my face away from his butt so I'll check. His food and water got left in with him, but I don't think he'll touch them. I have to get up around 7 so I'll make sure to remove them and check his crop. His keel bone is still protruding. Would it be okay to try and give him some treats like pepper or other vegetables/fruit to get him to eat some more? I haven't seen any more of the white liquidy poop since he started drinking a lot yesterday. Just small green and one very odorous brown one. I looked up a video and was trying to find out if he had mites. Which is why I was looking at his vent in the first place. His tail sags over his vent so I never noticed it. I had to have someone hold him while I checked. Looking at treatment options for his vent gleet, I'll soak him in warm epsom salts. How much salt per gallon should I use? Or is it just put some in and go with it? I can go to walmart and look for the nystatin and canesten for athletes foot. After washing I'll put ACV in his water, put canesten on his vents and try to put some nystatin in his beak. Not too sure about the nystatin. How should it be administered and what is the correct dosage? I saw something about getting him to drink epsom salt water to clear his system. Is that something I should look at trying? I'm going to check the rest of my flock to see if they have vent gleet because it seems to be that roosters only get it from mating with infected hens. I haven't noticed anyone acting off other than him.

No, I would not give him veggies/fruit, etc. for a treat. If you wish to offer him a treat give him hardboiled or scrambled egg. He needs to be eating his nutritionally balanced poultry feed.

Are you in the U.S.? Canesten is usually found in Europe, not the U.S.
Nystatin, likely you will not find that in stores like Walmart.

Miconazole or Clotrimazole, you can find at Walmart. Miconazole found in the lady's yeast treatment section, Clotrimazole is athlete's foot cream.

To give the cream orally, give him about 1/2" twice a day right into the beak. This can help with sour crop and yeast infection.
Wash his vent and apply a little of the cream topically as well. Keep the vent washed up.

I would not give him epsom salts solution to drink at this time. This is a flush mainly used to treat sour crop. It's dehydrating. You are wanting to Hydrate this rooster, so see that he's drinking his water.

Hens and roosters both can get vent gleet, it's not always from mating.
Vent gleet can be cause from eating moldy or spoiled foods, dirty/contaminated water, unsanitary conditions, crop disorders like sour crop, etc.

Do check him over really well for any injuries that he may have suffered from the dog or others when they were picking on him.

I'm going to have to wait till about 2 to get the canesten and nystatin but I have ACV and epsom salt. So I will wash him and replace the electrolytes with ACV. Or should I have both in his water?
