Rooster or crowing hen

Hi!
In the last week my 16 week old “pullet” has started making this noise, I’m pretty sure it’s just a rooster but doesn’t seem to be a proper crow, they also aren’t any bigger than the others, but is the boss.

Any hope they’re just imitating a crow? We aren’t allowed roosters where I live and one neighbour has already complained

That's a cockerel. Even from a distance and without specific details, it appears very rooster-like in its profile and general posture. Crowing often begins with incomplete notes and sounds more like garglng than crowing.

Thanks! I’ll take him back to the breeder and hopefully they’ll find him a home, my three year old will be devastated.
