Rooster or Hen Behaviors

I have to Blue/Black Bantams of which I do not know which breed. I have researched and found two breeds that are a possible fit. Blue Adalusians or Minorca.? I got them as baby chicks in the bin of Bantams. They are noisy and of which I think is crowing, but today they were scratching and making egg laying noises in the nesting boxes. No eggs, LOL! They are 13 weeks old. Thanks for any answers!

Agreed, Black Minorca bantams. Those two are absolutely cockerels, no doubt about it.
