The sunlight in the last pic shows the feather color much better, and currently thinking that could indeed be a cockerel. Plus they are usually the friendliest/favorite.

Plan to give it at least 2 more weeks but start making your plans for rehoming is what I would do. The beard inhibits waddle development, but they might also be getting red. That pic # 3 looks funny like it is crowing already!

Not really much hope of them two being female after the new pics... BUT

I know! She was yawning but it does like a crow! I interrupted a little snooze opening up the coop. no one has made any crow noises yet. My polish I’m pretty confident are hens and they don’t love attention
