Rooster or hen mottled houdan

I have two mottled houdan chicks 4 weeks. Are they roosters or hens? Or can you even tell? I will post pictures under this

Chick 1 when I took this picture I noticed that it Beek looks more red than the other one it doesn't look like that in real life just this picture.

Chick 2 chick 2 is more flighty and timed. Don't know if that means anything.

Chick #1's head is smaller and the comb is smaller and more pink than red. With Chick #2, the head is much bigger, comb is bigger, and more red than Chick #1.

Might the crest have anything to do with it? The second one has a little Elvis swoop while the first one is normal.

I don't think the wild hair as anything to do with the gender of the chick. Now feather shape and form does.
