It's a beautiful bird, but honestly, it looks like a boy to me. :/ Age and breed (unless it's a mix) would help. I'd also suggest posting this over at the What Breed/Gender forum; they seem to know what they're talking about over there.
WIth that coloring and that amount of pink in the comb at that age and those huge feet.... I suspect it's a roo. My ee's don't get any pink at all in their comb's/faces until they are much older and nearing point of lay, around 20 weeks old.
