Rooster or hen? Please help.

So, my other half bought two pullets over a month ago. The seller guaranteed they were hens. We have, however, already determined that one is most certainly a rooster. The seller did not reply to our email nor honor her promise made to my partner that we could swap if we had concerns over sex.

I had previously been told by many that this white one is a hen, but recent changes to her tail feathers etc have me concerned.

I need to know without a doubt so I can get rid of them if necessary. We free range but only have coop space for three.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
