Hen. No saddle feathers on her back, mantle feathers are round, comb is small and pale, and she has no waddle showing.

Lol thank you that’s kinda what I thought but she and the Dominique rooster act the same and sometimes spar kinda

It's probably because she's reaching maturity and he's taking an interest. Especially if she's the boss hen, there will be fireworks. Don't be surprised if he gets his tail whooped.
