Rooster or Hen? What about Breed??

Can anyone help with what breed these two are?? Also if they are roosters or hens? We got them at Tractor Supply at the beginning of August, we’ve already had to give one away because it started crowing, these are not crowing, however my husbands swears one is. My neighbors think they are roosters because of the red/pink comb and wattles.
Also they are greet with red feathers, at first I was thinking sex link but my other sex links that are the same age do not have the comb or wattles. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure about breed, but those two are cockerels.

they look like mix breed (maybe olive eggers) and both cockerels. Their combs are large for being only 10-12 weeks old, and the one with the rust wing bars... that's a complete give away.

I have to agree, those two with the large red combs and wattles look like cockerels.
