Rooster or Hen

Hi, I am new on here and I was wondering if y'all could tell me if I had a rooster or Hen. It is a Ameraucana if anyone could help thanks! I would like to know but if y'all don't know that's ok too. The chick has a big cone on his head and his feet are just alittle big than the others. Here are some pictures.

The bird in question is a cockerel, and he is an Easter Egger, not an Ameraucana. Many EEs are missold as pure Ameraucanas.
