Rooster or hen?

I have a smaller bird that I'm not sure is a rooster or not. Can you please help. I keep getting mixed results

I think i can see saddle feathers, so I'd go with cockerel

What are saddle feathers

They are the feathers that grow towards the base of the tail and kinda fall downwards.

Saddle feathers are at the base of a roosters tail

Looks like a Black Australorp cockerel/rooster to me
