Hello everyone!

I'm very new to chickens and went and picked up 6, 3-4 month old chickens. We got them home and noticed the difference in their heads. I'm thinking we may have picked up two roosters with our hens. Here's a few pics to show the difference.
They're supposed to be Leghorn/Rhode island Red Cross.

Here is a pic of my white leghorn roo that is only 3.5 WEEKS old.

If they are actually 3-4 months old, @drumstick diva may very well be correct. Please exuse my first comment as I paid no attention to the ages of the chicks' ages.

Well, just pay attention to nothing that I say. I either repeat myself and/or pay no attention. Man...I just need to get some sleep...

Well, as you can see, my white leghorn roo is only a few weeks old, and he has been crowing for 6 days. I would think that your WL/RIR crosses would have started crowing by now as well. I guess you could just keep an eye out for pointed hackle and saddle feathers...

Is there any way to tell? I mean obviously at 3-4 months they should start crowing soon if they're roosters.

But anyway before that?
