Rooster or hen

Does anyone know if this is a rooster or hen? It's an auracauna supposedly and it's 16 weeks old. It's not crowing and hangs out with all the hens.

Thank you! So it's not weird that he's not crowing? I gave three others that are different breeds that are same age and crow all day long!

He may be keeping it quiet because of the other males. That's not unusual. If you send the other roosters packing, I bet he finds his pipes.
