i got it one today but it doesnt seem interested in it at allWhat about a concrete block
does it take a bit for them to get use to it?I keep a few concrete blocks in the run, they use it to feek their beaks on.
I bet, thats why im still so iffy about it. Im just hoping it does turn out to be a hen!Looks like a pullet but don't be so sure right now, the chicken in my profile pic is a roo but we thought he was a hen!
ok thanks! im really hoping so!I have some bricks and rocks in my run that they use. I didn't even know about that until now, the bricks were meant to keep the door open.
Going to parrot here, pullet, mine's comb was the same at that age, they're just finally pinking up a bit.

She is definitely a pullet. No sign of any comb or wattle development which should be obvious by now. NOT A COCKEREL![]()
