If that were a pullet that bright and big it would be laying which for age isn’t plausible. He looks about like my Roos at that age. If you decide to rehome as opposed to eating, the sooner the better because they get some hormones going soon and Will need to stick with a person. Also be suspicious of who takes him if you care. Roosters are very poorly viewed animals to put it lightly. Dog bait, fighting, etc.
 
Yes it is. Even though he has a single comb he is still a Wyandotte. In the US it’s uncommon for hatchery stock Wyandottes to have a single comb. Some breeders even keep a line of single comb sports.
Gee, I would pay anyone $1000+ (and I am serious) to get my hands on a good looking Wyandotte with a single comb. Heck, I would breed them to the Plymouth Rock standard and have Golden Laced Rocks.

The Wyandotte breed is far too old to be getting single comb sports this common, I'd bet the hatcheries do some under the table crossing to get it.
