Looks like a Light Brahma cockerel to me. For comparison, here's my LB pullet at about 6 months old, when she was already laying eggs. Compare the comb and wattle development to that of your chicken.

It appears to be a full grown chicken. I'm not seeing male saddle feathers, so I'm guessing pullet for now that just has a large comb! You could wait a week or two and see if it lays, or you could get a close up clear pic of the saddle area just to make sure.
