Rooster or Hen?

Hello, I have a sapphire gem that is 16 weeks old that I got from a pullet brooder at Rural King, I am starting to think it’s a rooster though. Here are some picture of it if anyone can figure out it’s gender. I was also wondering if anyone had any pictures of sapphire gem roosters. Thanks
