Rooster or hen?

We are brand new to raising chickens and can use some help. Can anyone tell us if my daughter’s 3 month old Sagitta is a rooster or a hen? She is raising four chickens for her first 4H poultry, egg-layer project, but we’re not sure this is a hen. Her group leader wasn’t certain. Thanks!

Looks to me like you have eggs in your future, but hard to say for sure. The saddle feathers and legs look like hen a though.
