Rooster or Hen?

Happy Labor Day! I’m getting ready to disperse 3 or 4 of my brood to a family with a nice laying flock. They’re 9 weeks old. I suspect that this black bird is a rooster, but I’m not positive. Im not sure at all about the grey one. There’s no crowing from either of these birds, yet, but some rooster attitude. Is there anybody who can spot a rooster at 9 weeks? I’ve tried comparing feathers, but I’m not good at it. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Have a safe, happy Labor Day!

You guys amaze me! Thanks so much for your help! I hate to give away both of these guys, but I have 2 Roos and only 5 hens. It’s for the best, as the dominant roo I have is getting a little pushy, already. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
