Rooster or Hen?

We have 5 chickens - 4 of which we are positive are hens. We are not sure about the 5th. When we purchased from the breeder, he sexed all 5 & said they were female. I've read that sometimes hens will try to crow as that is what our 5th one has done about 5 times! More of an attempt - not a real rooster crow. But as we live in the city, roosters are not allowed and we also only want hens for eggs & not to breed, I'd like to know if anyone can tell me which sex our polish is? I've attached some pictures (fingers crossed that it is in fact a hen!!!). Thank you ahead of time!

looks like a little roo to me. His tail feathers look to be more pointy than rounded.
