Rooster or hen?

I’ve had this leghorn since April and she hasn’t laid any eggs but not has she shown any other signs other than her crown that she is a rooster. She’s really docile and calm too.

Thanks for the help. She looks completely different from her sister who is definitely a hen. Here’s a pic of her.

I would expect eggs from the first young lady relatively soon.
