Rooster or hen???

This is Elsa. She is supposed to be a female Americana. She is looking guite manly all of a sudden. Would you agree she is most likely a rooster? She has never crowed. Elsa is 6 months old.

I know it's a littler disheartening when you expect a pullet and get a cockerel BUT if he's sweet, and you can keep him, KEEP HIM! Sweet roos are hard to come by!
