The barring is throwing me off... They also seem to be pretty decent quality and maturing slowly. I am intrigued to see what they turn out to be!

It definitely doesn't go with the comb and wattles development.

Agreed that they are good quality. In that case it may be more wise to go with the barring. I'm invested now. Update us with new photos in 3 weeks, OP!

I found feathers to be more reliable with mine. At least one of my roosters combs didn’t begin to develop properly until around 15.
I agree that the first single pick is a male from the coloring. The others I’m up in the air about. Another week and it should be clear from feathers.

I have seen slow comb development. Going off of feathers alone, I would agree.

Pullets have rounded feathers.
Saddling usually appears about 12 weeks. Might need to write that down, it's easy to forget.
