Rooster or Hen

I am pretty sure the big white one is a rooster, but I am not sure. One day he tripled in size, he just doesn't crow. He is 4 months old. The brown one just started looking roostery to me, he is a little younger than the white one. He has blue tail feathers too and a more prominent comb. Can hens have blue tail feathers? Do you all think roosters or hens?

Some can live together, some cannot.
