ROOSTER OR HEN

i AM NEW TO THIS BYC. I HAVE 7 CHICKENS AND I HAVE ON THAT I THINK IS A ROOSTER. BUT I AM NOT SURE.THIS CHICKEN HAS SMALL SPURS.

x2 - my first thought was "game hen" when I saw the first pic. Both roos and hens start with spur buds. Only the roosters usually develop into big spurs although occasionally a hen will also grow real spurs.

It's difficult for me to tell when it comes to game hens! The comb and waddles on her are so big and red, and the tail seems pointed in the first picture. But I would have to say HEN her posture and shape says it all...

Black sex link roosters are barred. This hen is not barred.
