Rooster or Hen?

I bought all four of these at the same time about five months ago and was told they were all hens. I had asked for Barr Orpingtons. He said thats what they were. Now as they are getting older I am not so sure. However, if they do turn out to be roosters, they do not crow. How old are they when they do begin to crow?

Two roosters two hens. The one on other side of wire and the one on left are roosters.

Orpingtons always have white legs. That one roo has clearly yellow legs.. and his type is way far from an orp too- way too skinny plus has color in tail- BIG no no. He is a mix.

if by barr you mean barred orpingtons, none of them have barring.. the right most hen is rather light, but seems to be overexposure rather than effect of barring...

Thank you all so much. My husband & I both thought they were roosters, but we are new at this so we wanted to get other opinions. Now we have 2 roosters to get rid of. We wonder why they do not crow like the other rooster we have? They probably have to be older maybe. Anyway... thank you all again.

Could be age, could just be that they are low in the pecking order. Sometimes don't develop secondary sex characteristics as fast as higher ranking males.

Was told these were two hens until seen ones breast feathers were darker and it has more red on his face then other they are the same age one is taller and more aggressive and here's the kicker I could have swore I heard a crow today as I was cutting the grass by there run???
