He is 18weeks and must be a slow grower. it seems everyone else has sprouted so much quicker.

X2Nope, not a pullet. Pullets of the partridge color pattern would look a lot different. He's a cockerel.
The top one's a pullet for sure. Can't tell from the bottom photo for sure. Might be an early developing pullet or a cockerel. If you have clear close up photos of the comb and the bird from the side so we can see the feathers on the neck and right in front of the tail, that would help.

I think the black one is a pullet, too. I can't be certain since the pics aren't very clear, but that doesn't look like enough comb for that old of a cockerel. Maybe 80% sure it's a she?
