Rooster or Hen

Can I get some help, bought this beautiful "bird" the guy said it was a hen, this morning we heard it crowing, I heard some hens might start crowing, I looked for distinctive characteristics but im still lost...its about 12 weeks...Rooster or Hen? Thank you!
