Rooster or Hen?

That was what I thought but I haven't heard it crow and I don't see any Spurs. It arrived in my backyard about a week ago. It's pretty skittish so the pics are hard to get. I'll go try again. Thanks!!!
 
If you click on the pic it will get larger. I haven't seen it mount one of my hens, in fact my oldest hen pecks it in the head when it tries to eat scratch. Pretty funny, Goldie's pretty dominant. I specifically don't have roosters bc I'm in the city but hey, a feral crowless rooster sounds pretty rad to me. Even better if he impregnates my chickens, I had terrible luck witht the incubator last spring.

I vote ROO. Goldie will settle down as soon as your roo begins to take charge of the flock!
 
So possibly a juvenile Roo? I'm still amazed at the non crowing and the lack of Spurs. I'm happy to give him a home, but if he starts crowing my neighbors are going to kill me.
