Rooster or not?????

HI, bougt 6 hens, 1 think was roster. i went back for some silkies, (3 Weeks later). I Did the no touch ,see... for two days .Had trouble with what i think was a roster,(Bossie. as young as they were ( from baby chics). he would watch over them. after a couple days of letting them out togeather. That 1 i thought was a rooster.Grabed one of the 3 weeks younger chick,by the thoarth and pined him down. I saved the young chic, and was going to cage The what i think was,but decided to give to the farm. Now my two flock r getting along real nice... everyone is happy . Mother hens still keep the chics in check , but not out for blood.
