Rooster or pullet????

I brought this Araucana a few weeks ago.
It is about 13 weeks old, just wondering if anyone can tell me whether it is a rooster or pullet.

It is a cockerel, and it is an Arcauna where the OP hails from.

You are right. I looked them up and did not realize they were sometimes crested and have tails.
