Just starting out first time chicken owner. Unfortunately got three tiny chicks from a client and two turned out to be roosters which is against code where I live. I really need to place them before city guy rolls back into the neighborhood. I hope this forum will help

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Your best bet is to advertise them on your local Craigslist or Facebook poultry groups. However, with only three birds, you can't rehome the two boys and leave the pullet all by herself. Sounds like you should rehome her along with one of the other cockerels as a pair and then try to rehome the last cockerel solely. Good luck!

since you are new to chickens are you 100% sure they are roosters some hens can have large combs and tails i think it would be good if we could see some photos just to verify.

Hiya, and welcome to BYC! :frow

Your cockerels "roosters" will be fine until they start crowing, which depending on breed can be a couple of months to three/four months old, so you should have time and to be sure they ARE cockerels.

I agree with trying Facebook and/or Craigslist. We do have a Buy/Sell/Trade forum here you can post in too, but think since time is of the essence, I'd do all three.
