Rooster problems

I have 11 hens and 1 rooster 2 of the hens are a year older and now they are all full grown even the rooster but one of my older hens keeps attacking my rooster even though he is two times her size what should I do

Do you mean attacking as in drawing blood, or chasing him? If its the latter, its perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Mature hens do not take kindly to young cockerels and they will put them in their place until they begin to learn some chicken manners. After a while, they will come around to the idea that he is ok.

How old are the younger birds and male?
How long have they all lived together?

I have had them since May and I put them all together in July and they were all nice to each other until now and my hen and my rooster are always so nice to me they have never been aggressive
