Rooster labored breathing sneezes while eating

Trying to figure out if he has a chest injury or something else.

Handsome Boy!

Can you look inside his beak again for any lesions or canker?

His eye is a bit sunken and red, looks to have some Conjunctivitis. General care is clean the eye with saline, then apply an ointment like Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin in the eye.

My rooster doesn't like to be touched while on the rooster either. I've found it's easier to gather him up, swaddle him in a towel and take him to table for examination.
