Rooster problems

I agree @Folly's place. I have a rooster rich environment but the boys have worked out their pecking order. When a troublemaker departs, the roosters that have bore the brunt of the troublemaker's wrath become more active and attentive to the hens. Granted, they don't get very far. My flock leader is a wonderful two year old OEGB crossed with heaven knows what that is great with the girls and keeps the subordinate roosters and cockerels in line.

Without the troublemaker around, Blue will probably surprise you and step up to bat so to speak.

Hope you all are right!! I've decided to try and rehome Mick. If I can't rehome him then unfortunately it'll be the stew pot for him. I notice more and more issues every day! Thanks for the advice everyone
