If you get rid of the dominant rooster, another one will take his place. It's the pecking order. Rooster's (Sometimes) need to be taught some certain ways to learn YOUR boss. Normally being all friendly, holding them, playing around with them as chicks causes them to take over dominance. I handle means roosters by: A) Rehoming/eating (I've never had to do) Or B) I handle them differently. I stay above them, I feed them treats to get use to me, I hang around the coop. I do hld my roosters, but I shoo them away when I put them down, not sure if it's effective. Could just be the rooster, really depends but you should seriously rehome all the rooster's unless you are going to use them for breeding/eating/or to protect the hens. Good luck getting rid of some. (Plus you'd need much more hens for the amount of Cockerels you have) I'm sure, if you wanted, you can post picks and let people determine the genders.
