I handle and cuddle my Australorp roo. I hatched the boy. Only once did he posture at me. He got a big ol back hand and got to see his mamma freak out and stomp and scream at him. I apparently scared the stuff out of him. He has been a docile baby towards me ever since. Just make sure that they know you are at the top of the food chain!
