Rooster? Pullet?

Can anyone tell me if this Black Copper Maran is a Rooster? The one with the light pink smaller comb I'm almost positive is a pullet. I'm just not sure if they mature differently. Big Red just doesn't have the personality of a rooster from what I've read, just thought I would get some opinions from people who know the breed.

Looks like a cockerel to me. How old is he?

I have found that some mature more slowly, testosterone-poisoning-wise, depending on breed/strain as well as context (other birds around, etc.).

He is about 12 weeks old! He just looks so different than the other black cooper maran.
